Afterwards, you will visit a local market together with a Gambian host. Discover colourful ingredients, explore the different spices, and help shop for fresh products for the meal.

Then it’s time to cook together and prepare a traditional Gambian dish. A fun and delicious experience where you will not only discover Gambian cuisine, but also learn more about the local culture and warm hospitality.
